Terms & Conditions
- Arrival between 3pm and 8pm to obtain keys, departure no later than 11:30am.
- Taxe de Séjour of 3.15€/ day and / adult gîtes Campagne Choc, Paris, Tradition.
- Tourist tax 2.36€ / day / adult gîte l'Olivier
- For all bookings we need your name, address, cell phone number and a credit card with expiry date as a deposit for the booking confirmation and for the gîtes. We do not accept cheques.
- Linen is included in the price.
- Housekeeping supplement between €30 and €50/ gîte.
- Payment for your stay must be made before your arrival by bank transfer or in cash on the day of your arrival in exchange for the keys. No refund if the stay is shortened.
- Online booking more than one month prior to arrival: 30% deposit, less than one month: 100% non-refundable deposit
- The Chevreuse gîtes must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. Failure to do so will incur a supplement of €30 to €50 per gîte.
- The Chevreuse gîtes are "NO SMOKING" and pets are not allowed.
